Returns & exchanges

Because purchases happen on partner sites, returns and exchanges follow that merchant's policy (Amazon Returns Center, brand site, etc.). Northodom cannot issue refunds for merchant orders.

Use the order email or account on the merchant site to start a return. If a link on Northodom looks wrong, email support@northodom.com and we will fix the listing.
